2-Year Program

FB Division

In this 2-year Food & Beverage (F&B) program, students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to manage daily operations in various areas related to the Food and Beverage Division, while also developing management and entrepreneurial abilities. Students will also learn strategies and techniques to maintain high hygiene standards for food and beverages that are prepared and served.

In the Certificate IV program, students are required to complete the first two semesters on campus as the foundation for theoretical and practical learning. Afterward, students will undertake a 6-month on-the-job training program in the industry to gain direct work experience. Upon completing the internship period, students must return to campus to finish their final semester studies, namely Semester IV.

Graduates of this program may pursue careers as F&B supervisors, cook helpers, commis chefs (hot kitchen & cold kitchen), pastry and bakery kitchen staff, waiters/waitresses, and bartenders.

In this major, students will learn how service quality across various departments is interconnected and forms the foundation of all aspects of accommodation management. Students will develop knowledge, practical skills, and problem-solving abilities required in the accommodation business industry.

In the Certificate IV program, students are required to complete the first two semesters on campus as the foundation for theoretical and practical learning. Afterward, students will undertake a 6-month on-the-job training program in the industry to gain direct work experience. Upon completing the internship period, students must return to campus to complete their final semester studies, namely Semester IV.

Graduates of this program may pursue careers at the supervisory level in Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
